I recently did my very first film with my Canon 5d Mark 2! If you are interested in watching it's a little over 2 minutes long even though the video says it is 5 minutes long (its just blank black towards the end, you can ignore it of course.)

I've had purple hair and loved it it's way easier to maintain if you do just a small part like take some peices underneath where you part your hair and dye them and then they'll show through when your hair is down and they wont fade as much because they get less sun and shampoo and your parents either wont mind as much or wont notice! good luck.
